Mr. Michael Johnson, Founder and President of N.A. Flash Civil Process, INC, has over 21 years experience as a business owner and sales professional across different industries.  He takes pride in optimizing operational efficiency and professionalism to ensure that the goals of his clients are met.  Since founding N.A. Flash in May 2003, Michael has supported a growing client base, by collaborating with attorneys to efficiently serve legal documents, performing skip traces on elusive defendants, carrying out document retrievals and filing services, and performing private investigations.  He has mentored other process servers early in their careers and managed all aspects of the business.  On behalf of his clients, Michael also networks strategically with other process service experts when needs fall outside the counties directly served by N.A. Flash.

In addition, Michael is a licensed Personal Protection Officer and Private Investigator, and is qualified to carry out investigations, ensure security at bars, reception halls, and private events, and transport patients from mental care facilities to hospitals or other destinations.  His certifications in these areas are listed below.  In all areas of service that he provides to his clients, Michael takes deep pride in optimizing operational efficiency and professionalism to ensure his client’s goals are met.

Finally, earlier in his career Michael proudly served 12 years in the United States Army, with honorable discharge in May, 1991.
